How Construction Management Works
The Construction Management company is appointed by the Client for a fixed fee to coordinate the works as agreed.
The Construction Management company will tender works packages and recommend trade contractors for appointment directly by the Client.
When applications for payment are made the Construction Manager will review them with the Architect and make recommendations for the Client.
The Client will pay the trade contractors directly.

The Client has the knowledge that he has bought the best price for the works because the contract works are tendered to individual sub contractors and the Client pays the sum of their costs.
